Notarizing a Will. You will bring your document drawn up by attorney or on your own.
SERVICE FEE: $10.00 Per Notarization + Travel Fee
Trust
Notarizing a Trust. You will bring your document drawn up by attorney or on your own.
SERVICE FEE: $10.00 Per Notarization + Travel Cost
Real Estate Transactions
Real Estate Transactions can vary on price depending on type of transaction.
SERVICE FEE: Seller Package $75.00 +/-
Purchase Package $125.00 +/-
Auto Loans
Out of State Auto Loans as well as some in state auto loans require notarizations. I have experience in both in state and out of state auto loans
SERVICE FEE: $70.00 +/-
Apostille
Apostille services are needed when you are sending a document to a country that participates in the Hague Convention. I can help with the processing of those documents.
SERVICE FEE: $250-$400
Document Authentication
Authentication of documents can be required if documents are being sent to countries that do not participate in the Hague Convention. This process is different than Apostille but work in similar ways.. I cannot give an accurate price until we have spoken. Please call for most accurate pricing.
SERVICE FEE: $300.00-$2.000.00 possibly more
Quit Claim Deed
Quit Claim Deed is a real estate document to change vesting on a property.
SERVICE FEE: $10.00 + Travel Cost
Legal Retainers
Legal retainers are documents signed to retain legal representation for a specific legal transaction. This includes. but is not limited to. medical cases, automobile accidents, and criminal cases.
